Andrew is a Partner of Strutt & Parker and is CEO of their Middle East business. The business was founded over 120 years ago and is one of the largest privately owned, independent property firms in the United Kingdom. Strutt & Parker have a national network of 51 offices and employ over 900 personnel covering all property related matters in the commercial and residential sectors.
Andrew has 25 years experience specialising on Commercial Investment and Development in Central London and for the past 7 years has focused on the requirements of Middle Eastern clients. He was responsible for setting up the largest Shariah compliant commercial Real Estate Fund in the UK for Kuwait Finance House and has been their retained advisor throughout. He has undertaken business with many investors from the Middle East and regularly travels to the Region. To build on the success to date, Strutt & Parker are committed to increasing their exposure in the Region and to that end, are in the process of establishing their first overseas offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Andrew is a member of IFSL’s Middle East Advisory Group and a member of the Middle East Association in London.
