Previously with LET plc. and then SPP where he helped set up the fund management division, Celexa. During the 1990s Celexa was one of the best performing real estate asset managers with consistent good performance. He joined forces with Strutt & Parker in 2001 to set up SPREFS to provide a range of financial services on property backed assets. He currently sits on the Routes to Authorisation Group of the Investment Property Forum, is a Faculty Board member for the Investment Education Program and sits on numerous other committees especially in relation to REITS and Authorised Property Trusts where he represents the RICS at meetings with HM Treasury. A regular speaker at conferences on indirect investments and private client needs.
