Head of International Real Estate Department, Kuwait Finance House
Mr. Ali O. Al-Ghannam is Department Manager in the International Real Estate Department at Kuwait Finance House ("KFH"). He joined KFH in February 2002, and has been part of the acquisition and deal structuring team. Prior to joining KFH, Mr. Al-Ghannam was with Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium for 10 years as an Investment Manager dealing with a vast portfolio of companies (Banks, Investments, Real Estate, Agriculture, Industrial, Hotels), which were part of Kuwait Investment Authority assets.
Before that he was with Kuwait Housing Authority for a little over two years following the Kuwait government housing program.Mr. Al-Ghannam holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering granted in 1989 from University of Miami, Florida, USA.
