		Back to Full Speakers Listing Andrew Leamon (Confirmed) Director, Global Transaction Banking, Deutsche Bank Andrew Leamon is a Director with Trust & Securities Services group part of Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking division based at the DIFC in Dubai. Andrew manages the Global Debt Services and Structured Finance Services businesses in the GCC and has been covering the region for the past five years. This business specializes in providing cross border cash and securities transaction solutions supported by the Bank’s global network to clients in the GCC region. Deutsche Bank’s Trust & Securities Services group is a leading provider of trust and administrative services for both the Islamic and Conventional Debt markets. It has worked on and continues to administer a number of regional “first” transactions including Sukuk financings for the Government of RAK, Dubai World, Nakheel, DIFC and Aldar and conventional financings including those for the Government of Abu Dhabi, the Government of Dubai, Emirates NBD and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Andrew has been with Deutsche Bank for 12 years in Dubai and London and before that was with JP Morgan. Prior to his relocation to Dubai Andrew was also a serving Justice of the Peace for England & Wales sitting on the Bench for the London Borough of Havering.
