1984 - Leningrad Institute of Precise Mechanics and Optics, Faculty of Physics and Engineering: Engineering Diploma in Optical and Opto-electronic Systems
1984 – 1987 - Research engineer of laser and holographic technologies at the Experimental-Construction Bureau at the Leningrad College of Aviation Device Making Work focused on the development of methods for using holographic images within the new generation of technical training.
1987 – 1990 - Research Engineer at the Oncological Center in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan's under the auspices of the Ministry of Health. I participated in the establishment of the first surgery in the Republic of Azerbaijan for laser therapy treatment of gastroenterological illnesses at the Oncological Center in Baku. I also worked on pre-cancer problems in gastroenterology.
1989 – 1991 - First Deputy to the General Director of the Association of Economic and Cultural Development, Baku, the Soviet Socialist Republic of Azerbaijan, USSR.
1991 – P/D - Founder, Member of Board of Directors, Chairman,CEO and Adviser of several financial, insurance and banking entities in Russia, other CIS Countries and Switzerland.
